- Registration under PF Act’1952 & Pension Scheme 1995
- To work out Provident Fund amount contribution due of Employee and Employer and data to be filled up in the Provident Fund ECR Challan.
- Updating online KYC on Monthly Basis.
- Updating online UAN Generation on Monthly Basis
Employees State Insurance Scheme (E.S.I.S) Act’1948
- Registration of all Employees, who are covered under the E.S.I Act.
- Filling up of E.S.I.C Challans every month, for the amount due under the Act.
- Maintenance of Accident Register.
- To fill Accident report and submit the same to E.S.I Authority, in case of accident of any employee, while on duty.
- To attend ESI INSPECTION (CASE), as and when E.S.I Inspector visit for verification of E.S.I record, usually once in a year.
- To make Correspondence with the E.S.I Department as when need arises.
- Any other matter pertaining to E.S.I. work.
